FREN

Framing is worth nothing if it doesn't lead to production.

And that production doesn't start from zero: it continues in the same chain, with Genie Factory, the group's production company.

After the framing

Consulting and delivery stay in the same chain.

FR Digital frames and advises: diagnosis, use-case prioritisation, roadmap. Once the framing is validated, the project moves to production, at Genie Factory. The handover happens without a break: the data, decisions and success criteria set during framing are the ones that drive production.

Building a bespoke application no longer takes the time it used to, because artificial intelligence sits inside the manufacturing chain itself, not only in the product delivered to the client.

The studio

Building an application when no product on the market answers the need.

The studio designs and builds a bespoke application for a specific need with no ready-made answer. This is the case when an organisation's knowledge is scattered across documents or practices, and the tool that makes it usable has to be built.

The documentary assistant for the Chamber of Notaries of the Caen Court of Appeal is the example: a structured document base and an assistant that answers professionals' questions, with sources cited in every answer. The use case was published by Bpifrance itself (opens in a new tab) on its Accélérez avec l'IA platform.

The platform

Putting AI in the hands of business teams, with no technical skill required.

The platform puts the state of the art in artificial intelligence in the hands of business teams, as a workspace they use directly. This is the case when the need is recurring and spread across the organisation rather than concentrated on a single product: each team can build its own agents, without depending on bespoke development for every new request.

The client doesn't buy days of development, they buy an asset they come to own.

How to choose

A concentrated need, or a distributed one.

If the need is specific and concentrated on one point in the organisation, the studio builds the application that answers it. If the need is recurring and spread across several teams, the platform gives them the means to handle it themselves. The framing done with FR Digital is what makes it possible to decide between the two, before committing to anything.

The mode of intervention then adapts to the client's maturity. At the start, Genie Factory builds. Then internal teams take over, with the documentation and skills transfer that go with it — this isn't a commercial option, it's how the assignment is designed from the start. This is what the assignments presented on the Work page describe.
